- Tag-It! Security operates several worldwide dispatch centres, with orders generally shipped from your nearest service location. As a guide, each dispatch centre services the following areas (subject to vary, pending logistical requirements):
- The shipping method used will vary depending on the type and size of your order. Every order you place with us is sent with full tracking information, and you will be notified of this once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account at any time to check on the current status of your order.
- For your protection, once an order is placed, the mailing address cannot be changed in any way. For this reason, we advise that care should be taken when entering your personal details.
- Once your item has been dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for errors or problems that arise from the issuance of your tracking number (i.e. the tracking number does not show up on the relevant website due to circumstances outside of our control), but we will always work with you to resolve such matters.
